Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the waze2 platform, accessible via our website and mobile app. This document takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button or access any part of the waze2 platform for the first time.

Waze2 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing this document periodically. Continued use of the waze2 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your full acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to immediately stop using the waze2 platform and contact our support team to close your account if applicable.

Account Eligibility

To register and use the waze2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be aged 18 and above at the time of registration. waze2 does not allow underage individuals to use our platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a real individual and register under your own name. Registration on behalf of another person or using a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• You are not prohibited by the laws of your country or region of residence from using online gaming services.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list or gaming restriction programme of any recognised platform.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account only at waze2. Holding multiple accounts may result in all such accounts being suspended without a balance refund.

Waze2 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Registration & Account Security

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being terminated and winnings voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. waze2 recommends that you:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.

Any activity that occurs within your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact waze2 support immediately for prompt security action.

Deposit & Withdrawal

All deposits into your waze2 account must be made using the payment methods listed on the platform. waze2 only accepts deposits from legitimate sources in the name of the same account holder — third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Minimum Deposit Limit: Each deposit must comply with the minimum amount set for each payment method, as stated on the deposit page.
• Withdrawals: All withdrawals are processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the same account holder's name.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and your account's VIP tier.
• KYC Verification: First-time withdrawals or those exceeding certain limits require completed KYC verification before approval.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

Waze2 reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious withdrawal while an investigation is conducted. This hold period shall not exceed 7 business days unless further investigation is required for valid reasons.

Bonus & Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per valid new account. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements. These requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a validity period. Bonuses that are not used within this period will expire automatically without further notice.

• Bonus Abuse: waze2 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional system abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or arbitrage betting techniques.

Game Rules

All games offered on the waze2 platform are operated in accordance with industry-standard regulations. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has undergone independent third-party testing to ensure fairness and transparency.

• Waze2 is not liable for any technical faults or connection interruptions that occur during gameplay. Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled on the grounds of technical disruptions on the user's end.
• Wins resulting from software errors or incorrect displays caused by technical disruptions are void and may be cancelled by waze2.
• Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
• Any attempt to hack, exploit system vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage is a serious offence that may result in account termination and legal action.

Waze2 reserves the right to void any wager or game round that is proven to have occurred as a result of a significant system error, including situations where betting odds or payouts were displayed incorrectly due to a technical bug.

User Conduct

Waze2 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. You agree not to engage in any of the following behaviour while using our platform:

• Using offensive language, threats, or any form of harassment toward other players or waze2 staff through any communication channel on the platform.
• Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about waze2 or its users within the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate or deceive the waze2 game system, bonus system, or payment system by any means.
• Using the waze2 platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financial fraud in any form.
• Sharing content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any party within the waze2 platform.

Violation of any of these conduct rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on the severity of the breach. waze2 reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to user conduct.

Account Termination

You may close your waze2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been settled and there are no active bonuses in progress.

Waze2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Users proven to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicious activity on the account indicating possible fraud or money laundering.
• Users who fail to complete KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• There is a legal compliance requirement or regulatory directive that necessitates such action.
• Users found to hold multiple active accounts simultaneously.

In the event of termination due to serious violations, waze2 reserves the right to hold the account balance while a thorough investigation is conducted. Valid balances will be returned once the investigation is complete, provided no material violations are found.

Liability Limit

The waze2 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, waze2 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors or service disruptions.

• Waze2 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from a user's use of the platform.
• Waze2's liability in any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the user within the 30 days preceding that claim.
• Waze2 is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connection failures, user device malfunctions, or technical issues beyond our platform's control.

Amendment of Terms

Waze2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs, legal changes, or platform improvements.

Material amendments will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or registered email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.
